By becoming a member of DBAV you get access to its Netherlands-Vietnam business network. For SME members, DBAV offers relevant events and a broad portfolio of business services, and can help identify business opportunities and arrange meetings with Vietnamese or Dutch customers, online or offline, in English or Vietnamese. For multinationals, DBAV says it is particularly strong in helping with advocacy to local and national government authorities.
What it costs
Prices as DBAV publishes them on its own become-member page, valid until 30 December 2026. The chamber states that membership fees will be adjusted from 2027: Individual VND 9,200,000, SME VND 17,750,000, Large Enterprise VND 35,500,000.
Individual / Freelancer Membership
One individual membership, not shareable or exchangeable. For freelancers and solopreneurs only, subject to DBAV’s approval case by case. Fewer rights than SME or Large Enterprise membership.
Small Medium Enterprise Membership
One corporate account, with 2 memberships for employees of the company.
Large Enterprise Membership
One corporate account, with 4 memberships for employees of the company.

EuroCham, and a chapter in the Netherlands
DBAV membership is a dual membership, combined with EuroCham, the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. Together with EuroCham, DBAV offers members ways to advocate for their line of business, for example in EuroCham’s Sector Committees. DBAV does not organise sector committees of its own, so there is no committees page on this site.
DBAV also has a chapter in the Netherlands, formerly known as NVCC (the Netherlands Vietnam Chamber of Commerce). By merging the two organisations, DBAV offers a two-way Dutch-Vietnamese business platform. The NL Chapter supports Dutch companies expanding into Vietnam from the Netherlands and represents about 12 percent of DBAV’s total membership base, through quarterly signature events and cooperation with the Vietnamese Embassy in the Netherlands.
